Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
(Three year full-time course for 10+2 passed students)
BCA is an on-campus Three-year full-time course in Computer Application designed to prepare aspiring students for a bright career as Computer application professionals after 10+2. The course comprises six semesters (two semesters in each academic year). After successful completion of three years, a “Bachelor of Computer Applications ” degree is awarded to the student.
The major objectives of this course are:-
To create and nurture entrepreneurial and managerial spirit at an early stage of the student, that is post 10+2.
To help the students understand the dynamics of an entrepreneurial venture, challenges and responses in the evolving Indian and Global markets.
To provide knowledge, tools and skills required for managing a business and evaluating business problems through analytical and creative abilities.
To provide strong technical, economic and financial understanding, especially in the field of international operations, information technology, business analytics, customer engagement, succession planning, taxation and corporate governance.
To develop functional, managerial, leadership, teamwork, social and communication skills for holistic personality development.
Admission Procedure:-
The eligibility criteria for admission to Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) is — “Passed 10+2 examination in any stream ”.
* Admission against U.P. State Govt. Quota Seats (i.e. 85 % seats):-
Through the counselling of UPTAC-2026, conducted by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (Formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University), Lucknow.
* Admission against Management Quota Seats / Vacant Seats:-
As per Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (Formerly Uttar Pradesh Technical University) , Lucknow and State Govt. guidelines a candidate satisfying any one of the following conditions may apply for direct admission against management quota seats / vacant seats
- A candidate who has passed 10+2 examination.
- A candidate who has qualified CUET-2026, Exam.

Tuition Fees Rs. 27,000/- per semester
Other Fees Rs. 2,000/- per year
Examination Fees : Rs. 7,500/- per year(Approx)
